burnless concepts is the initiative of four experienced aviation individuals, founded to challenge todays mobility sector. We know the overall system of aviation, ranging from ground processing up to airspace management, from aircraft leasing up to fleet management, from operating procedures up to flight testing.
has sound experience as training captain in several airline market segments. As flight operations manager and fleet chief, he drove lots of complex projects to cash in significant efficiency gains, approaching operations from both flight planning as well as from post flight analysis side. His partnership experience ranges from ANSPs (Deutsche Flugsicherung, Eurocontrol etc.) over several big player service providers up to system manufacturers, and he knows by heart the regulatory framework. Jan is engaged in SESAR 4D as well as in several noise expert groups.
looks back on ten years in Technical Pilot position within a german airline´s flight operations department, as well as an engineering career at a major aircraft manufacturer. He understands how air vehicles and their equipment have to be configured and operated for the sake of efficiency and reliability. Backed by a good industry network, he ran several technical upgrading campaigns for satisfying operational or regulatory demands. In his latest position, Timo also serves as senior expert for flight testing.

Thanks to his position as head of ACDM management, he exactly knows how to predict and maximise capacity of airports and airspaces. He understands how to predict passenger streams and how to precisely foresee the right time for ground servicing. Björn also signed responsible for various contracting projects and knows how to push performance by linking operational with commercial parameters.
is our brain for IT projects and has more than 15 years of experience in flight operations support. He flew on various airframes up to intercontinental traffic on wide body aircraft. He developed flight standards, trainings syllabi and ran performance and flight planning projects. His current field of activity includes flight operations engineering and the creation and publication of procedural instructions and risk assessment in accordance with SMS. Michael perfectly knows managing the interfaces in multidisciplinary projects.
